I showed up at Expert Yard today without an appointment or even calling ahead. I simply brought my zero-turn mower in and explained to Eric that I really needed it back today. Eric went above and beyond. He made sure my mower was completely repaired by the end of the workday, and he even went all the way to Dallas to get a part for it. That is incredible dedication and customer service. Very professional and highly recommended to everyone! Thank you again, Eric. You are a true hard working and dedicated businessman!

I took a lawnmower to this location. I purchased it in April 2025, and it is still under warranty. I started it up, but after about five minutes, it stopped working. I took it to this dealership and left it there for a whole month. They never called me at any point. I decided to stop by in person to see what was going on. Herein lies the problem: the person in charge told me that my machine was beyond repair—claiming that we had damaged it, that the crankshaft was ruined, and that the warranty did not cover the damage. I decided to take it back so I could inspect it myself, as I am an automotive mechanic; after working on it, I got it running again. What unprofessional staff— I'm upsets me greatly, which is why I this complaint.
